About Teah Solutions
A London technology practice building software, infrastructure, and integrations for teams where systems have to keep working.
Our Company
Teah Solutions is a London-based technology practice. We design, build, and operate software systems for regulated and consumer-facing businesses - the kind where downtime costs real money and the code has to hold up under scrutiny.
We're led by a principal engineer with over a decade of delivery experience, supported by a curated network of senior specialists across Europe. That structure lets us work at the scale a small team can, while bringing in specific expertise when a project genuinely needs it.
We serve clients across Europe. Our work sits behind customer-facing products, internal operations, and the integrations that connect them.
Our Core Principles
Four defaults we bring to every engagement.
Built to hold up
Systems judged by how they run in production - under load, over years - not how they demo in staging.
Security
Auth, secrets, and data handling treated as design inputs - not an audit-week retrofit.
Reliability
We design for the failure case, not the happy path - what breaks, how it degrades, and how it recovers.
Designed to evolve
Built so next year's requirements are a change request, not a rewrite.
Technical Expertise
From architecture through implementation to ongoing operation. We specialise in:
Distributed Systems: Building resilient, horizontally scalable architectures that maintain performance under variable loads.
Cloud Infrastructure: Secure, cost-effective cloud environments, sized to the workload rather than the invoice.
Data Systems: Storage, processing, and analysis architectures designed for reliability under real operational load.
API Design: Coherent, versioned APIs that internal teams and external partners can build against.
AI Integration: LLMs put to work inside products and workflows - with evals, guardrails, and cost control.
We work in modern stacks but choose boring technology where boring is the right answer. Systems that last are the goal; novelty for its own sake isn't.
Small by Design
We're a principal-led practice, not a 200-person agency. You talk to the person architecting and building the system - not a delivery manager two layers removed from the code.
For work that genuinely needs a specialist - a particular cloud, a compliance regime, a framework outside our core - we bring one in from a network we trust. No overhead, no learning on your project.
Direct access: you work with the engineer delivering the system, not an account manager.
One context: the same people scope, design, build, and operate the work.
Senior by default: no junior developers learning on your project.
Specialists on demand: a curated network for capabilities outside our core, not a permanent bench to feed.
Advise
Short engagements to review an architecture, scope a rebuild, or sanity-check a decision before it becomes a commitment.
Build
Scoped delivery of new systems, platforms, or integrations - from first sketch to production cutover.
Operate
Ongoing care for the systems we've built or inherited - incidents, upgrades, cost tuning, and the unglamorous work that keeps things running.
